Amethyst Swell is just that. Stretched across a 24 x 48 inch canvas with a white matte background, twists and turns of more than 10 purples, 6 blues, whites, pearls, and iridescent hues create fascinating movement that runs over the ends. Each time you look at it you see a new vignette of color and shape.
Look closely at the close ups below to see a few of my favorite parts: the deep pools of purple that look 100 feet deep, the foaming blue way cresting on the far right, and the pockets of cellular structures with thin strings of all the colors wrapped around their edges.
